1. What Pulpo Bar Prep is

Pulpo Bar Prep provides educational practice content for bar exam preparation. It is not legal advice and is not affiliated with any bar examiner. You are responsible for verifying the law that applies to your jurisdiction and exam.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pulpo Bar Prep for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from the questions, explanations, artwork, or other content without our written permission.

3. Purchases

Any purchases are handled by the app store you bought from, and the store's refund and billing policies apply. Access is provided "as is" for your individual use.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

Pulpo Bar Prep is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current, or that it will improve your exam results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any exam outcome.

5. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
